Janet and family,

I was so sad to hear of the passing of Mr. Travers. The few times I spent with him were memorable; he was a smart, colorful and caring man. You all are in our thoughts and prayers as you enter this next chapter of your life, without him.

Love,
Janice, (and Liana and Kara) Miller (San Diego, CA)

I love the sweet look on your dad's face. Now I know where you got your good grace. Take care of yourself.

Dear Barbara,
I can only imagine that your dad is somehow still sitting around with a cocktail. He's in the most stupendous living room that ever was. With a view even more exciting than Ebbets Field. And if you look real close, you can see the beginnings of his sweetest smile... as he picks up the phone to dial that kid in Seattle.
Will be thinking of you,
Alan

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life’s routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Kelly and I so enjoyed spending time with Jim. His stories, humor and warmth were the best and we will never forget him. Mary - you two were quite the pair and we're thinking of you now. Please come visit soon and we'll raise a toast to him. I know how much all of you loved him.

All our love,
Mary & Kelly
